Spreading Christmas Cheer (Cheap & Free)

Today only (December 4): Visit your local Banana Republic and get a voucher for a free movie ticket to see Les Miserables.

Through Thursday: Visit the Oregon Zoo to see the Zoo Lights. If you go to Fred Meyer, you can get BOGO free voucher that is good through this Thursday, December 6. Zoo Lights continues until December 31.

Selected dates through December 28: the Mt. Hood Railroad transforms into the Polar Express. Kids are encouraged to wear their pjs and they get to meet Santa and drink cocoa way past their bed time. This is my exception to the cheap and free rule.

Journey to Bethlehem, a free living nativity presented by the Kelso-Longview Seventh-Day Adventist Church, is December 6-9. More information below. Image
