Food Review

Who knew Salt Lake City and the surrounding area would have such good restaurants?

Last night my mom and I had some amazing Indian food at Bombay House. From the garlic naan and mango lassi to the lamb coconut curry, everything was amazing. And the waiters use these cool hand held devices to take your order. Very Web 2.0!

Earlier in the week, we headed to Park City and ate at Cafe Terigo, where we shared a parmesan-crusted halibut sandwich with beer-battered fries and an apple tarte with gelato and sour apple sorbet. Yum!

We also went to Ruth’s Diner, which is a Salt Lake institution and is known for its breakfast. It was just okay, but the location is awesome. It’s hidden away in Emigration Canyon and when we were there, there was still snow on the ground.
